Colleqt FAQs
Colleqt is a smartphone service used by visitors to collect exhibitor information by scanning the QR displayed on their stand.
There is no app install required.
Simply scan a Colleqt QR code from your smartphone’s own camera to get started. For best performance, don’t use any custom or third-party QR code reader apps.
Once a Colleqt QR has been scanned, you will need to scan the QR below your name on your visitor badge to activate your account.
You only need to scan your badge once to activate, Colleqt will remember it for the duration of the show.
When you collect information from an exhibitor, the details you registered with will be shared with them so they can follow up on your interest.
You will need to clear your browsing history and start the activation process again.
Action process – scan any Colleqt QR, allow permission and then scan the badge below your name to identify yourself.
You can view your collected information within Colleqt. The information is stored within your smartphone’s browser, so we advise that you do not clear cookies, browsing history or browser storage during the show
If you accidentally close your Colleqt browser tab, you can get back to it in two ways:
- Scan another Colleqt QR to reopen the tab
- Click your personal Colleqt access link in your email
Colleqt sends you an email at the end of the day containing the information you collected from Colleqt QR codes, together with any information provided by exhibitors who scanned your badge.
Note that information from Colleqt is tagged with a “Colleqt” label beside the corresponding exhibitor.
Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you activated your own badge. For further assistance, please contact [email protected]
Occasionally bad light can interfere with smartphone QR code detection. Try to reposition yourself and the QR code so you are under a better light source.
Smartphone native camera apps sometimes have better QR code detection, so you can also try switching out of the app and using the native camera.
Colleqt may work with Incognito mode, but it is not designed to do so. We recommend not using Incognito mode if you are using Colleqt.
Please send an email to [email protected]
